You’ll play a key role in setting up and running packing line machinery, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate packing line machines safely and accurately.
• Carry out start‑up safety checks and maintain compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
• Ensure customer orders are packed correctly and on time.
• Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the process.
• Help achieve daily KPIs, including waste reduction and efficiency targets.
• Keep your work area clean and organised – “clean as you go” is key!

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Machine operation and food manufacturing experience (desirable).
• Skills: Health & Safety awareness (essential), attention to detail, good communication.
• Attributes: Motivated, proactive, flexible, and a strong team player.
• Qualifications: Food Safety (desirable), H&S Awareness (essential).

Working Conditions

• Chilled environment (PPE provided).
