About the Role

We're looking for a Production Line Leader to join our Herbs Production team in Runcton.

You'll lead a packing line, support your team, and help ensure products are packed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Leading and motivating a production team
• Ensuring production lines are set up correctly
• Meeting production, quality and safety targets
• Monitoring product quality and customer specifications
• Reducing waste and improving efficiency
• Completing production records accurately
• Training and supporting team members
• Working closely with Quality and Operations teams

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Line Leader, Production Line Leader, Team Leader, Senior Operative or Production Supervisor
• Experience in food production, manufacturing or packing
• Good communication and people skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
