Job summary

CEVA Logistics Belfast is seeking a Customs Coordinator to join our operation, supporting customers across Northern Ireland and our European teams through our developing shared service centre. You will manage day-to-day import and export customs declarations, ensure accuracy and compliance with UK, NI and EU rules, and coordinate with customers, hauliers and internal CEVA teams to move goods smoothly.

The role operates on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern with 12-hour late shifts, and offers a salary

Qualifications

• Experience within customs administration or coordination, or a related logistics environment.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills, with accuracy and pace.
• Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of NI customs processes post-Brexit beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accurate customs declarations per instructions and regulations.
• Support flows including GB to NI and EU movements; raise IC S2 declarations.
• Review and process documentation; maintain data across systems; meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Communicate with customers, hauliers, forwarders and internal teams; maintain records.
• Experience with CargoWise, Steam Liner and eCustoms advantageous.
