White Recruitment Limited is seeking a Customs Operations Coordinator in Antrim to join the customs division and ensure timely clearances. You will create job files, enter data into customs software, and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues.

The role involves import and export clearances, using TSS and CDS, with data verification, status tracking, and ongoing training and progression in a modern office environment.

Qualifications

• Direct customs experience for a UK/Ireland based freight forwarder, broker or transport company.
• Experience with import and export clearances.
• Familiar with customs software such as TSS and CDS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create job files and accurately enter data into customs software to submit entries on time.
• Sense check customer data against required sources and flag potential errors.
• Create import/export declarations using customs software such as TSS and CDS.
• Track and monitor declaration status and progress.
• Liaise with stakeholders and provide guidance on customs procedures.
