As a Trading Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver high standards across your department, maximize product availability, and drive sales. Your responsibilities include maintaining shop floor standards, coaching your team, ensuring merchandising and operational standards are met, and overseeing the safe and smooth operation of back-of-house areas. This role offers an opportunity for further development in retail leadership.
You will work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and occasional late nights. At times, you may be solely responsible for the store, requiring confidence in managing store operations independently.
