An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Customer & Trading Manager to lead store operations and inspire a motivated team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while managing performance and schedules. You will play a vital role in creating a diverse and energized environment, ensuring essential products are available, and supporting your team through effective coaching. As a Customer & Trading Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of the store – from opening and closing, cashing up, managing performance and schedule planning, to ensuring essential products are available for our customers. You’ll support your close-knit team by replenishing stock, taking deliveries, and serving at the checkouts, helping them deliver a 'wow' service to our customers.
You will be a role model, always ready to support and influence. Your focus will be on creating and managing a diverse, motivated, and energized team who love what they do. You’ll coach colleagues to provide excellent service and work together to drive sales. A great planner with strong prioritization skills and commercial acumen, you’ll have the flexibility to support different locations at different times when needed.
