Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Customer Testing Coordinator to provide essential operational and administrative support for the customer communications testing programme. You'll help ensure testing activity is delivered effectively, governance requirements are met and records are maintained to support outcomes.

You’ll coordinate testing requests from across the business, manage stakeholder communications, maintain reporting and audit trails, and support management information and governance reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and coordination experience with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience managing records, trackers, workflow documentation and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support production of management information and governance reporting.
• Maintain robust records to support customer outcomes and Consumer Duty expectations.
