Job summary

Aviva is seeking a governance and regulatory professional to support growth while maintaining strong governance, risk and compliance standards. You will work across the UK, Ireland and global markets to help deliver compliant product launches and robust controls.

You will influence decisions, build relationships across teams, and ensure practical, proportionate handling of regulatory requirements while balancing innovation with oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, governance and regulatory environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across teams and markets.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisation including planning and driving actions to completion.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing or embedding control frameworks for risk management and growth.
