Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members to join our store network. This part-time role covers 16 hours per week with regular overtime under a permanent contract. Training is provided and you’ll help deliver friendly, helpful service in your local Co-op store.

You'll work as part of a team in a fast-moving Co-op environment, possibly in a post office, bakery, or handling online orders for home delivery. A key aim is to keep shelves stocked and assist customers day-to-day.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-facing skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy store environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Support daily store operations and teamwork to ensure smooth running.
• Promote Co-op Membership and engage with customers and community.
