Co-op is seeking Customer Team Members in our local Co-op store. You’ll join a friendly team to deliver essential services, including potential roles in post office, bakery, or home delivery prep. The role emphasizes helping customers, stocking shelves, and promoting Co-op membership.

Hours are part-time, with training provided and flexible shifts including some weekend work. You’ll be part of a community-focused retailer that values support and development for staff.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers daily.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Assist on the shop floor and tills and contribute to daily operations.
• Maintain shelves, check prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with pricing and temperature controls.
