Job summary

Co-op Group in Richmond, DL10 4HU, is hiring Customer Team Members to join our local Co-op store. You’ll deliver friendly, helpful service, work across opening, middle and closing shifts, including weekend work, and participate in post office or bakery duties as needed.

Full paid training is provided and the role is permanent part-time with 15 hours plus overtime. You'll help keep shelves stocked, support sales, promote Co-op Membership, and work as part of a welcoming team in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Support day-to-day operations to create a great shopping experience.
• Keep shelves stocked and check prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Ensure the store is safe and compliant with policies and laws.
• Promote Co-op Membership and assist the local community.
