Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members in the UK to join our local Co-op store. You will deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and tills, assist with stock checks, and support daily operations to create a great shopping experience for customers.

We offer full training, a 30% discount on Co-op products, a pension scheme, and holiday entitlement. This part-time role includes weekend shifts and occasional overtime with permanent contract terms and early/late shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and friendly service ethos.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Retail environment interest is helpful; prior experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, prices checked, and stock accurate.
• Assist with daily store operations to ensure a smooth shift.

• Work as part of a team to meet store targets and maintain safety.
