Co-op Group in Scotland is hiring Customer Team Members for a part-time store role. 16 hours per week plus regular overtime. Pay is £13.04 per hour and shifts include opening, middle, and closing, with weekend work.

You'll work with a friendly team delivering essential services, keep shelves stocked, operate tills, and promote Co-op memberships while supporting the local community.

Formación

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Flexibility to work across a number of shifts including weekends.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day store running with friendly, thoughtful service.
• Work with team to keep store running smoothly.
• Hands-on shop floor and till duties to create a great shopping experience.
• Maintain shelves and check prices, stock, and dates for accuracy.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support community initiatives.
