Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Member for a part-time role in Kennoway, Scotland. The position involves 16 hours per week with regular overtime, permanent contract, and mid-afternoon to late-evening shifts, including at least one weekend shift.

Full, paid training is provided and you will join a friendly team delivering essential services to the community. You may work in various store areas, including post office, bakery, or order-picking for home delivery.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers and help fix issues.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Assist on the shop floor and tills to support daily operations.
• Maintain shelves, price checks, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and legal compliance, including temperatures.
