Job summary

co-op Group in Glenrothes is seeking Customer Team Members to join our store team. The role involves delivering friendly service, helping stock shelves, and supporting daily shop floor operations including tills and order picking for home delivery where applicable.

We offer full, paid training and a part-time contract (16 hours per week) with regular overtime. Shifts include mid-afternoon to late evening and at least one weekend shift, with interview discussions on flexibility.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible across shifts and team-based work.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, thoughtful service to customers and help resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Operate on the shop floor and tills, contributing to daily operations for a great shopping experience.
• Maintain shelves, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and legality, check dates and temperatures as required.
