Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members to join our Salisbury store. You will work as part of a friendly team, delivering essential services on the shop floor, tills, post office counters, and online order packing where required.

The role includes varied shifts (early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, weekends) with permanent part-time hours and 24/7 training. Full training provided; 18+ only due to early/late hours.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and busy store environment.

Aufgaben

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers.
• Keep store running smoothly with team.
• Handle tills, post office counter transactions and daily operations.
• Maintain shelves, check prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and legal compliance; monitor prices and temperatures.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support community initiatives.
