Job summary

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members for our Pershore store on Racecourse Road. The role is part‑time, 12‑16 hours per week with regular overtime, and weekend shifts may be discussed at interview.

You’ll help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and operate tills as part of a friendly local team. Full training is provided, plus benefits including 30% discount on Co‑op products, pension contributions up to 10%, 31 days holiday (pro rata for part‑time), 24/7 GP access, and a colleague support

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver friendly, helpful service and support customers.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings and late evenings.
