Job summary

Co-op Group in Bourne is seeking part-time Customer Team Members to join our busy local store. You’ll work a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts (to 10pm) with at least two closing shifts and one weekend shift, earning £13.04 per hour with full paid training.

This role involves helping customers, stocking shelves, and supporting online order pick/pack where needed. A friendly approach and flexibility are essential for a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail; experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations delivering friendly service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and dates, and maintain stock accuracy.
• Promote Co-op membership and participate in community initiatives.
