Co-op is looking for a Customer Team Member to join our Pershore store. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, delivering helpful service and ensuring customers can find what they need on the shop floor and tills.

You’ll participate in varied shifts, including early mornings and evenings, with full training provided and a permanent part-time contract. This role supports community engagement and membership benefits within our Co-op network.

Formación

• Customer service mindset and passion for helping people.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and busy store environments; experience not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service; help put things right when needed.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
