Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members in Hastings to join a busy local Co-op store. The role involves delivering friendly, helpful service across a mix of shifts, including early mornings and weekends.

Full training provided; you must be 18+ and able to work up to 12 hours per week with regular overtime in a part-time contract. You may work in the post office, bakery, or assist with online orders, helping keep shelves stocked and prices accurate while supporting community-engaged

• Willing to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Full training provided at start.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Assist with daily store operations to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Support post office or bakery or online order picking where applicable.
• Promote Co-op Membership and engage with customers.
• Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly.
