Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members to join our Wolverhampton store. You will provide friendly service, help with store duties, and contribute to a smooth shopping experience in a busy, community-focused setting.

You may work in the bakery or post office, assist with online orders, and participate in daily operations to ensure shelves are stocked and prices accurate. Training is provided; ages 18+ required.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts and as part of a team.
• Retail interest; experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and dates, and maintain stock accuracy.
• Assist in-store bakery or post office duties as required by the store.
• Support daily operations to create a positive shopping experience.
