Job summary

Co-op Group in Wisbech is seeking Customer Team Members to join our busy store. You'll work as part of a friendly team, delivering warm, helpful service, with duties in-store bakery, post office, or order picking for home delivery.

Shifts vary, early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, including weekends. Full training provided. You must be 18+, and the role offers opportunities to support the community and promote Co-op membership.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service and assist day-to-day store operations.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Handle shop floor, tills, and bakery duties, contributing to daily operations.
• Maintain shelves, check prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and legality, monitoring prices and temperatures as needed.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
