Job summary

Co-op Group in Alyth is seeking Customer Team Members to support the store and community. The role is to deliver friendly, helpful service across shifts, with 16 hours per week plus regular overtime on a permanent, part-time basis. Full, paid training provided to start.

Depending on the store, duties include tills, stocking, and helping with online orders for home delivery. You'll work flexibly in a fast-moving team, aiming to keep shelves stocked and prices accurate while promoting Co-op

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Interest in retail and community-focused work (experience not required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked and check prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Support day-to-day store operations and partner with the team.
• Promote Co-op Membership and help customers with online orders.
• Ensure store is safe and compliant with policies.
