Job summary

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member in Bridge of Allan. The role involves working in a busy store, including potential responsibilities in the post office or bakery and assisting with online order pickups. You’ll be part of a friendly team delivering essential services to the community.

Shifts include 3pm–10pm with at least one weekend shift and regular overtime. Full paid training is provided; flexible availability will be discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Retail experience not required.
• Customer-focused and friendly approach.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and at the till.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations and stock checks.
• Keep shelves well-stocked, check prices and product dates.
