Co-op in Biggar is inviting applications for a Customer Team Member to help deliver friendly, helpful service in-store. You will join a close-knit team in a fast-moving shop, assisting customers, stocking shelves, and handling tills as required.

The role is part-time, 12 hours per week with regular overtime, a four-month temporary contract and rotating shifts from early morning. Full training provided, and you may gain experience across departments; you’ll also promote Co-op membership and

• Ability to work as part of a team across shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service and help resolve issues on the shop floor.
• Keep shelves stocked, assist with prices and stock checks.
• Operate tills when needed and support daily store operations.
• Promote Co-op membership and assist customers with a positive experience.
• Support post office, bakery or online order pickup where available.
