Job summary

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members to join our store. You'll work with a friendly team delivering essential services, which may include the post office, bakery, or handling online orders in-store. This permanent part-time role offers full training and a supportive environment.

This position pays £13.04 per hour, with 12–16 hours per week plus regular overtime. You’ll help keep shelves stocked, engage with the community, and promote Co-op Membership while enjoying staff benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service and help put things right when needed.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills and support daily operations.
• Maintain store performance by stocking shelves and checking prices and stock dates.
• Ensure store safety and legality, with correct prices and temperatures where applicable.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support local community initiatives.
