Job summary

Co-op Group in Leeds is seeking Customer Team Members to join our store team, delivering friendly, helpful service and supporting daily store operations. You’ll work varied shifts across mornings, afternoons and evenings, including weekends, with full training provided and a permanent part-time contract.

This role helps our community access essential services with a smile. You may assist in post office or bakery sections and help with online orders to home delivery, depending on the store.

• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly service and helping with issues.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Handle tills and stock to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Maintain shelves, check prices/dates/stock accuracy.
• Keep store safe and compliant with policies and temperatures as needed.
