Job summary

CO-OP is hiring Customer Team Members to join our local store and help deliver friendly, helpful service to customers daily. You'll work as part of a team, on the shop floor, tills, and potentially in the post office, bakery, or online order picking.

We offer full training, a supportive environment, and progression opportunities. Aged 18+, you must be flexible to weekend shifts and extended hours to serve the community.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Full, paid training provided.
• Flexible across shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and at tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and dates.
• Support store operations and customer queries.
• Promote Co-op membership and services (e.g., post office, bakery, online orders).
