SPAR Clifton Green is seeking a Customer Team Member to support store management and deliver a positive customer experience. You will help maximise sales by carrying out tasks efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding the store’s standards.

You will work across a range of shifts, with responsibilities spanning customer service, till operations, and stock management in a fast-paced convenience store setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar retail role preferred.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to deliver friendly, efficient service and uphold store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Process purchases accurately at the till and manage payments.
• Assist with stock, shelf replenishment, price changes and promotions.
