Job summary

SPAR St Keverne is seeking a Customer Team Member to support store management and create a positive customer experience. You will help maximise sales and profit by performing allocated tasks, ensuring great service through Brilliant Basics, Moments of Wow, Food for later and Food for now!

The role involves 12 hours per week with potential extra shifts, a permanent contract, and a friendly, fast-paced convenience-store environment. Full training and staff benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Able to follow instructions with excellent attention to detail.
• Some understanding of retail environment policies and compliance.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Experience with cash handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product queries.
• Process purchases at the till accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell products and highlight multi-buy offers.
• Assist with stock deliveries, shelf replenishment and price checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and rotate stock.
