SPAR Thurcroft is hiring a Customer Team Member (18+) to support store management and enhance the customer experience. You will help maximise sales through efficient till work, stock management and friendly service.

The role is 16 hours per week with potential for more during sick or holiday cover. Training on store policies is provided, with a strong focus on customer care and compliance.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Follows instructions with excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of retail legislation responsibilities.
• Ability to contribute ideas for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience with the Challenge 25 policy is desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in finding items and answer inquiries.
• Process purchases accurately at the tills and maintain friendly service.
• Upsell products and highlight multi-buy offers.
• Stock shelves, check deliveries, rotate stock and keep floors neat.
• Complete assigned tasks such as date checks, price changes, displays.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
