SPAR Wordsley is recruiting a Customer Team Member (18+) to support store management and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist in daily tasks, help maximise sales, and maintain a friendly shopping environment through your role on the shop floor and tills.

The position offers a permanent contract, 8 hours per week with additional shifts, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for progression within the Blakemore Group family.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with enquiries.
• Process purchases at tills accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell and highlight offers to maximise sales.
• Stock checks, shelf replenishment and maintaining a clean store.
