Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Member to join a friendly store team in the UK. You will provide warm, helpful service on the shop floor and tills, while assisting with online orders and keeping shelves stocked.

Job description

As a Customer Team Member, you'll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping deliver essential services to your community every day. Depending on your store, this could involve working in our post office, or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

What you'll do:

A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service

• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential)

Pay: £13.04 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: A mix of opening shifts from 5am, middle shifts, and closing shifts to 11pm. At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend. We're happy to discuss your availability further at interview.
