Job summary

Co-op Latton Bush is hiring a Customer Team Leader to guide a small team on shift, keep shelves stocked, and deliver great service with a community focus. You’ll work hands-on on the shop floor and in-store bakery, supported by nationally recognised benefits and training.

Job description

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift

What you'll bring:

• Passion for people and leadership
• The ability to work flexibly and lead by example
• Skills in retail, merchandising, or team management (experience not essential)

Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: A mix of opening shifts, middle shifts, and closing shifts. At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend. We're happy to discuss your availability further at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery
