Job summary

CO-OP is looking for a Customer Team Leader to guide a small store team in a fast-paced environment, supporting post office, bakery, online services and home delivery. You’ll lead by example to deliver great service and efficient operations, while building strong relationships with customers and the community.

This role offers varied shifts, on-the-job training, staff discounts, pension contributions and flexible pay options.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or team management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations on your shift.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent service and efficient operations.
• Hands-on work on shop floor, tills, and bakery to support daily operations and set the pace for Customer Team Members.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth.
