Job summary

Co-op Hillside store in Brae is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run day-to-day operations, coach a small team, and deliver great service on varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends. You will help manage tills, the Post Office counter where applicable, stock, and merchandising while keeping compliance and safety standards.

You’ll work hands-on on the shop floor, motivate colleagues, and support community engagement and membership growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Able to work flexible shifts.
• Experience with cash handling and tills.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store on your shift.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver great service.
• Work on shop floor and tills, including post office counter.
• Support store performance through merchandising and stock accuracy.
