CO-OP in Princes Risborough is looking for a Customer Team Leader to guide a small store team, manage shifts, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations on the shop floor, tills, bakery, and in‑store services. You’ll engage with customers, support merchandising, stock accuracy, and community relations, and promote Co‑op membership while delivering excellent service in a busy retail environment.

The role is part‑time, 16 hours per week with regular overtime, and includes benefits such as staff

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast‑paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

What you’ll do

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift

What you’ll bring

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: 2 varied shifts per week, including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery
