Job summary

CO-OP is seeking a Customer Team Leader to guide a small team in a busy store in the United Kingdom. The role includes working on the shop floor and tills, with a focus on service, stock accuracy and efficient operations.

You will champion Co-op membership, engage with the local community, and support daily duties with flexible shift patterns. This permanent, part-time role comes with full training and benefits.

Job description

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

What you'll do

Pay: £15.73 per hour including London allowance

Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: 3pm-11pm, 4 evenings per week
