A major retail organization in Bridgwater is looking for a Customer Team Leader to deliver friendly service and support a dedicated team. You will manage store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop staff capabilities. This part-time role offers flexible shifts including early mornings and evenings. Location: 43 Woolavington Hill , Bridgwater, TA7 8HQ
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 16 - 39 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5.45am opening), afternoons, late evenings (10pm closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Duties will include working on our Post Office Counters

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.
