You will build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and resolve inquiries while escalating complex issues to specialists as needed.

You will work in a flexible hybrid setup in the UK, with monthly in-person office visits, contributing to knowledge resources and process improvements to enhance the customer

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality support in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
• Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality first-line support across multiple channels.
