We are urgently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Device Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience and/or excellent understanding of Customer Success and/or Account/Relationship Management, ideally with a track record of customer retention and growth.
  • Experience and/or excellent understanding of billing and contractual matters in a B2B environment.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills (mandatory).
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Basic understanding of IoT products and solutions.
  • A structured “can-do” approach to handling tasks in a demanding environment.
  • Methodical and thorough documentation skills.
