Customer Support/ Technical Account Representative - (Scientific)

Our client, an established and reputable scientific company providing quality supply and support services, is currently looking to recruit a Customer Support/ Technical Account Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for a Biomedical/ Life Sciences graduate or someone with laboratory experience seeking a new challenge.

Role: Customer Support/ Technical Account Representative

Location: Outskirts of Southampton

Responsibilities:

1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, telephone, or the company website
2. Handling technical product inquiries
3. Processing requests for prices, samples, or demonstrations
4. Accurately recording information in the company CRM system
5. Liaising with suppliers to resolve product queries
6. Monitoring and reporting on sales for allocated supplier accounts
7. Identifying trends in inquiries and opportunities for marketing campaigns

Requirements:

1. Degree in Biomedical or Life Sciences or laboratory experience
2. Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
3. Customer-focused attitude
4. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
