Customer Support Officer needed in Kirkby, £12.59ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1513268

1. Provide professional and welcoming customer service at the depot reception, including informing MOT, Taxi customers, and visitors of site safety instructions, signing them in, and issuing temporary visitor passes.
2. Operate the security barrier system, ensuring visitors receive clear instructions for entering the site.
3. Process post, face-to-face card payments, and stationary deliveries to Neighbourhoods and Environment.
4. Respond to customer service queries via telephone, email, or digital media channels.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
