Job summary

Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is seeking a Customer Support Executive (Just Add Talent) in Edinburgh. The role handles first-line customer queries from managed operators, resolves or redirects issues, and supports the COL process using SAP. A 12-month fixed-term contract with benefits is on offer.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, excellent phone skills, and a proactive approach to learn and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering customer service.
• Confident speaking with people on the phone.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensure back-of-house administration is up to date.
• Act as an escalation point for supplier relations for JAT Operators.
• Process required payments to local authorities.
• Highlight opportunities for process improvements.
• Administer the Change of Lessee (COL) process.
