Job summary

HIVED is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our London-based delivery platform team. You will help shape the HIVED customer journey, handling inquiries, providing fast, friendly support, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end delivery experience for recipients and partners.

This shift-based role offers a 4-on/3-off pattern with weekend work from home options and a travel requirement to our North Woolwich depot.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in similar client-facing roles (eg hospitality, retail)
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving mindset and drive to resolve issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multitask and manage several queries simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and customer focus
• Positive, proactive attitude and teamwork mindset

Responsibilities

• Help deliver an outstanding delivery experience by providing trusted customer support
• Shape HIVED's brand experience for end-recipients and partners
• Maintain fast and consistent response and resolution times
• Think critically about how customer issues are handled and how to improve processes
• This is a shift-based role with a 4-on/3-off pattern and option to work from home for weekend shifts
