Job summary

HIVED is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join a fast-growing London-based team. You will deliver high-quality support for end recipients, helping to build trust and a seamless delivery experience across our 100% electric logistics network.

The role features a 4-on/3-off shift pattern with day shifts and some work-from-home opportunities for weekend shifts, and requires travel to our North Woolwich depot in London E16.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Positive, kind, respectful team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end customer support to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Shape HIVED brand experience for end recipients through every touchpoint.
• Maintain fast response and resolution times.
• Think critically about how to improve customer issues and processes.
• Adhere to a 4-on/3-off shift pattern with some weekend work-from-home options and travel to the North Woolwich depot.
