About the Role

As a Customer Support and Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for members of the public, engaging in face-to-face conversations on behalf of the charities and brands you represent. Your focus is on providing a helpful, honest, and professional experience - answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding people through their options - while also identifying opportunities to introduce new supporters or customers along the way. It's a role built on trust: people should come away from every conversation feeling well informed, well looked after, and confident in the decision they've made, whether that's signing up on the spot or simply understanding more about the cause.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
