Moon Moments is seeking a Customer Support and Sales Associate in Southampton. You will be the first point of contact for the public, delivering helpful information and guiding sign-ups or purchases with a friendly, professional approach.

Full training and ongoing support start from day one, and you will operate within a base salary plus uncapped commission after a four-week probation. A positive attitude and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, or reception work.
• Strong communicator with a calm, friendly, can-do attitude.
