Job Description:

Our client is a successful manufacturing business on the outskirts of Royston. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties will include:

  1. Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
  2. Providing exceptional customer service to customers
  3. Diary management for sales reps
  4. Processing orders
  5. Liaising with the warehouse and 3rd party suppliers
  6. Answering queries quickly and efficiently

The successful candidate will have:

  1. Excellent problem-solving skills
  2. A strong work ethic and a desire to engage in a varied role
  3. Diary management skills
  4. Good geographical knowledge of the UK
  5. Enthusiastic team player
  6. Calm and professional telephone manner
