Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Support Advisor for a hybrid role in Belfast, combining 2 days in the office with 3 days remote. The position is full time (40 hours) on a rotational shift pattern.

You will respond to customer inquiries via social media and email, addressing issues like orders, payments, stock, and changes with empathy and professionalism. We welcome candidates with at least 6 months in customer service and, ideally, some social media moderation experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Social media or content moderation experience preferred.
• Fully flexible between 8am-12am (Midnight) - Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Address inquiries from customers via social media and email.
• Handle issues such as missing orders, payment concerns, product availability, and requests for order modifications or cancellations.
• Maintain an empathetic, patient, friendly, and professional demeanor.

Location- Hybrid role with 2 days in our Belfast office and 3 days from the comfort of your own home!

Full time permanent position– Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am-12am Monday to Sunday.

As a Customer Support Advisor, your role involves addressing general inquiries from customers through social media and email. These inquiries may include issues such as missing orders, payment concerns, product availability, and requests for order modifications or cancellations. It is essential to maintain a demeanor that is both empathetic and patient, embodying a friendly and cheerful personality without sacrificing professionalism.
